✅ Eligibility for Return & Replacement

We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at ambatikarishma87@gmail.com, along with:

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

  • An opening video as proof (mandatory for any claims)

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery

🔁 Replacement / Refund Process

Once we receive your request and verify the details, our team will inspect the issue.

If approved, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement of the product OR

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method (as per your preference)

Refunds are processed and credited within 7–8 business days after confirmation and product pickup (if applicable).

🚫 Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • If the item is returned without an opening video

  • If the item has been used, washed, or worn

  • If the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • If the return reason is based on personal preferences (e.g., dislike of color, size not liked)

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Within 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: 4–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched

💳 Payment Terms

  • All orders must be prepaid.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
